Being newly established in 2018, Reding Inc. Heating & Cooling has firm goals as a family owned and operated company- to provide quality, efficient, and honest services to our customers. We believe that when hard work and passion is put into a job the reward is worth it in the end. Derek Reding – President
Derek has 11 years experience working in the HVAC profession. He started his career working on commercial and industrial heating equipment. He is factory trained for many manufactures with EPA certifications. Being factory & industrial trained has given Derek the opportunity for Reding Inc to offer commercial services for companies. Derek is also educated in electrical motors and PLC programming (programmable logic controllers). Derek was born and raised in WNY and is proud to offer services to his local community along with expanding into Northern Pennsylvania. Together, he and his wife Oakley raise 3 children and share the same beliefs of working as a team to serve a community.
Service and Installation Team
Brian Balcerzak- Brian has been in the HVAC service and installation industry for over 19 year and has over 5 years experience in the Commercial industry. In his career he has worked on a wide spectrum of equipment. He graduated BOCES Vocational School HVAC program in June of 2002 and was hired right away after graduation. Brian has also received his Universal Technician Certification for handling refrigerant before graduating. Brian enjoys to meet and service customers with honest and fair recommendations on what they need to get their systems running at the best performance. Brian’s knowledge in the HVAC profession is second to none yet he is always open to learning more in this field. Although winter is a busy time in the heating industry, in his spare time Brian enjoys snowmobiling with his wife Alicia and their 4 children.
Mark Balcerzak- Mark is the newest member to our team but he is no rookie to the heating and cooling field with over 11 years of installation and service under his belt. Mark went through a 2-year BOCES program in high school and found his first HVAC job directly after graduation in 2010. He is certified to work on Type I and Type II refrigeration systems. Marks believes in doing a quality job and providing honest services which in turn is giving the customer the full value of their dollar spent. His preferred types of systems to work with are forced air and he enjoys working with sheet metal. In his spare time outside of work Mark enjoys anything involving snowmobiles, car shows, and tractor pulls.
